A leading accountancy practice in Belfast City Centre is currently recruiting for a Payroll Senior Associate to join their growing payroll division.


This opportunity offers the chance to work with an enviable portfolio of clients across a broad range of industries while joining a collaborative and people-focused team. The role is ideal for someone coming from a payroll bureau or practice background who is keen to further develop their career in a progressive environment.


The Role:

  • Managing payrolls for a varied client portfolio
  • Processing complex payroll calculations and submissions
  • Reviewing payroll reports and ensuring accuracy
  • Handling client payroll queries and providing excellent service
  • Supporting junior team members where required
  • Ensuring all payroll deadlines and compliance obligations are met


About You:

  • Payroll experience gained within practice or bureau
  • Strong understanding of payroll legislation and compliance
  • Confident managing multiple deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with payroll systems and client-facing work
