The Role

We're hiring a Senior Automation Manager to lead automation delivery within a major financial services environment. You'll drive strategy, oversee delivery, and lead a team building scalable automation solutions.

Key Requirements

• Strong experience in RPA / Intelligent Automation / Low-Code

• Proven leadership of automation teams and delivery

• Experience designing scalable automation frameworks

• Strong stakeholder management skills

• Financial services experience desirable

Responsibilities

• Lead automation strategy and delivery

• Oversee design and implementation of automation solutions

• Manage and mentor developers

• Engage senior stakeholders across business and tech
