Salary and Benefits

About You
- At least 5+ years' post-graduate experience in Quantity Surveying within construction, preferably with a Main Contractor
- Demonstrated experience across commercial, residential, or refurbishment projects
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts and commercial procedures
- Excellent numerical, analytical, and negotiation capabilities
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Competent in Microsoft Office and commercial management software
- Full driving licence (preferred but not essential)
- Degree or equivalent in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related discipline
- Working towards or already achieved chartered status with RICS
What You'll Do
- Oversee project costs, manage variations, and produce accurate cost reporting
- Handle interim valuations, payment submissions, and final account agreements
- Review subcontractor applications and variation claims
- Assist with cashflow control and reduce commercial risk exposure
- Identify value engineering solutions to improve cost efficiency
- Ensure adherence to contract terms and maintain comprehensive commercial records
- Work closely with site teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers
