Associate Engagement Manager


The Engagement Management team sits at the heart of how Intapp delivers value to its clients. As an Associate Engagement Manager, you'll work alongside experienced project managers and client services professionals to keep projects on track, ensuring they land on time, within scope, and to the standards our clients expect. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded graduate professional ready to build a career in project management within an enterprise software environment.


Day to day, you'll coordinate resources, track budgets and timelines, manage risks, and maintain clear communication across internal teams and client stakeholders. You'll work across projects in the legal, financial, and professional services sectors clients who rely on Intapp software to run their businesses and use your organisational skills and analytical mindset to keep delivery running smoothly from kick-off through to close-out.


What you will do


As an Associate Engagement Manager, you can expect to:


Work with teams across the Collaboration business unit to keep client-facing projects on track, delivering on schedule and within scope


Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors, tracking project budget performance including expenditure and procurement and reporting on risks, overruns, and deficits


Monitor project scope and schedule, reporting to management on changes or risks and recommending improvements and mitigations to keep delivery on course


Maintain comprehensive project documentation throughout the project lifecycle, escalating issues to management and key internal stakeholders as required


Close out completed projects by handing over deliverables and documentation to operations, while keeping the broader projects pipeline updated and accurately reported

At least 18 months' experience in a project management role, ideally within an enterprise software environment


Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience tracking and interpreting budget and schedule performance data


Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence engaging clients and internal stakeholders at all levels


Solid organisational skills including attention to detail, the ability to multitask, and experience with task scheduling and project management tools


The ability to work effectively under pressure within large and diverse virtual teams, with a proactive and collaborative approach


Experience in the legal, financial, or professional services sectors would be an advantage
