Specialist Anaesthetist

The closing date is 17 May 2026

Following significant investment to expand our workforce and meet growing service demands, we are excited to offer a number of newly created roles across our teams and are looking to appoint permanent Specialist Doctors in Anaesthetics.

We are seeking three Specialist Anaesthetists with a general interest.

Successful candidates will join a collaborative and forward‑thinking department that delivers a wide range of anaesthetic services across our three main hospital sites. The successful Specialist will work independently alongside Consultant colleagues to provide the highest quality of care to all our patients. Special interests of the candidate will be developed and accommodated where possible.

All three sites are supported by a robust, accessible office managerial and secretarial service housed primarily at the Northwick Park site. Dedicated Anaesthetics/ Critical Care shared office space, IT equipment and support are available at each of the sites.

Theatre lists will be at either Ealing, Central Middlesex or Northwick Park sites.

Participation in a 1:9 weekend Trauma or Obstetric rota (prospective cover) may be required depending on service need.
