The Role
- Own and evolve the product strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs
- Refine and mature product foundations, introducing best‑practice tools, frameworks, and ways of working
- Translate complex customer and market insights into clear, actionable product direction
- Lead go‑to‑market planning for new products and major releases in partnership with commercial teams
- Mentor and support existing Product Managers, raising the standard of product thinking across the team
- Work closely with engineering, data science, sales, marketing, and customer success to drive adoption and value
- Track and optimise product performance against commercial KPIs, ensuring everything is anchored in real‑world impact
Your Skills & Experience
- Strong experience owning and delivering product strategy within complex, data‑driven or AI‑enabled environments
- Proven ability to take products from early foundations through to scale and commercial maturity
- Experience operating in or alongside life sciences, pharma, biotech, or similarly complex domains
- Demonstrated success in roadmap ownership, stakeholder alignment, and prioritisation
- Go‑to‑market experience, including positioning, launches, and commercial collaboration
- Confidence mentoring other Product Managers and influencing without formal authority
- Comfortable working in fast‑paced, ambiguous environments and building structure where needed
