Your Skills & Experience

  • Strong experience owning and delivering product strategy within complex, data‑driven or AI‑enabled environments
  • Proven ability to take products from early foundations through to scale and commercial maturity
  • Experience operating in or alongside life sciences, pharma, biotech, or similarly complex domains
  • Demonstrated success in roadmap ownership, stakeholder alignment, and prioritisation
  • Go‑to‑market experience, including positioning, launches, and commercial collaboration
  • Confidence mentoring other Product Managers and influencing without formal authority
  • Comfortable working in fast‑paced, ambiguous environments and building structure where needed
