As Principal Engineering Manager – Electrical & Operational Technology, you’ll lead specialist engineering teams that support renewable projects across their full lifecycle. Your direction will influence safety, quality, capability and technical standards as we grow our renewable portfolio in a competitive, fast‑moving market.
Alongside a competitive salary and potential annual bonus, this role offers flexible working. You can be based from our offices in London, Edinburgh or Durham, combined with remote working. You’ll travel occasionally for meetings or site visits in the UK and overseas.
You’ll work closely with senior leaders and delivery teams, acting as a technical conscience for the business. From strategic planning to governance and capability building, your expertise will help keep engineering excellence central to everything we do.
