PERM POSITION - INTERNALS SITE MANAGER

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to oversee the internal package on a 7-storey apartment development.

This role will take full responsibility for managing all internal works including dry lining, joinery, M&E coordination, plastering, decorating and snagging, ensuring high standards of quality, safety and programme delivery throughout.

The successful candidate will be confident coordinating multiple trades, driving internal sequencing and delivering high-quality finishes across apartments and communal areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing all internal trades and subcontractors
• Driving programme and ensuring smooth trade sequencing
• Maintaining high standards of H&S and quality control
• Overseeing snagging and handover of units and communal areas
• Reporting progress to the project team

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing internals on residential/apartment projects
• Strong knowledge of dry lining, joinery and M&E coordination
• SMSTS
• Valid CSCS Card
• Preferably Construction Managers Degree
