About the role
As Deputy Director of Operational Delivery, you lead the delivery of operational functions in-line with the business objectives, supporting the development and delivery of strategic priorities. You are responsible for the embedding and evaluation of operational change to ensure the right benefits are achieved for the business. You undertake the day‑to‑day Head of Profession role for the Operational Delivery Profession, developing and promoting business excellence.
About you
We’re looking for someone with extensive experience in the Operational Delivery profession. You must have a track record of, or aptitude for, a senior leadership role in a large and complex organisation. You must be highly skilled in stakeholder management, with exceptional interpersonal, communication, and influencing abilities.
