Job Duties

• Providing regional leadership across multiple business centres, ensuring consistent service and presentation standards.
• Acting as the custodian of brand, culture and five‑star client experience across all sites.
• Coaching, mentoring and developing Centre Managers to build high‑performing, engaged teams.
• Conducting regular site audits, walkthroughs and quality reviews, addressing gaps promptly.
• Acting as a senior escalation point for high‑value or complex client matters.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a regional or multi‑site management role (hospitality, serviced offices, premium retail or customer‑led environments).
• Strong people leader with a coaching, influencing leadership style.
• Exceptionally polished, emotionally intelligent and brand‑focused.
• Passionate about service excellence, detail and consistency.
• Flexible and confident working across multiple London locations.
