The Role
- Provide financial support to the Hard Services contract, partnering with Operational Managers and the Commercial Finance Controller to support key decision-making.
- Lead the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes, working closely with senior site managers to ensure accuracy.
- Produce and review monthly management accounts, ensuring all areas of contract activity are accurately captured.
- Review and analyse financial performance, delivering clear commentary ahead of monthly results.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes, reducing administrative burden.
Qualifications
- Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) or equivalent experience.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience in finance business partnering within a contract-driven environment.
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
