Data Scientist

Location: London (Hybrid – 2–3 days in the office)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Data Scientist to join a growing and well-established AI native consultancy delivering impactful data solutions across complex and highly regulated industries.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working across the full machine learning lifecycle, from model development through to deployment and optimisation in production environments. You will play a key role in helping clients translate data into meaningful business outcomes.

The Role

You will be responsible for designing, building and deploying machine learning solutions, working closely with both technical teams and business stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include:

• Designing and implementing end-to-end machine learning pipelines
• Deploying models into production using robust MLOps frameworks
• Building, training and refining machine learning models using Python
• Monitoring and maintaining production systems to ensure reliability and performance
• Working closely with stakeholders to identify opportunities where data science can add value

Skills and Experience

• Strong Python programming skills with experience in machine learning (e.g. scikit-learn, tree-based models)
• Experience with MLOps and managing the full ML lifecycle
• Working knowledge of GitHub, including version control and CI/CD practices
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS or Databricks
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders
