Senior Architect | Luxury Residential | Relocate to Dubai
We are seeking a Senior Architect with strong experience in high-end residential / luxury villas to join a new Dubai office and take a lead role on significant masterplan residential projects.
This is an opportunity to step into a senior delivery-focused role, working closely with the studio leadership and helping to build and manage a growing local team.
The Role
You will lead the technical and coordination delivery of a large-scale luxury residential masterplan, including:
- Responsibility for RIBA Stages 3–5 across multiple packages
- Oversight of villa design development, technical delivery, and coordination
- Managing and coordinating consultant teams
- Acting as a key project coordinator, ensuring smooth process and outcomes
- Supporting additional projects already in the pipeline (including a larger future scheme)
This role sits directly under senior leadership, with two team members currently in place, and scope to grow a team around you.
About You
- 8–10+ years’ experience (Architect or Design Manager level)
- Strong background in luxury residential / high-end villas
- Advanced Revit / BIM capability
- Confident managing consultants and technical design processes
- Delivery-focused rather than front-end concept-led
- Comfortable taking ownership and relieving senior leadership of day-to-day project administration
- Experience helping win work or support business development is a plus
Location & Contract
- Based in Dubai, or willing to relocate (sponsorship available)
- USD $60,000 – $90,000 (circa £50k+ equivalent), depending on experience and contract type
