Foot Mobile Building Services Engineer

We are recruiting for a Foot Mobile Building Services Engineer to join a building services provider, covering multiple sites across Central London. This role focuses on the service, maintenance, and fault finding of both mechanical and electrical building services equipment, working across a range of environments.
The Role
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive works
- Fault finding on mechanical and electrical systems
- Service and maintain building services plant including:
- AHUs
- FCUs
- Pumps
- Water systems (including L8 duties)
- Complete all logbooks, reports, and required certifications
- Attend emergency callouts and see issues through to completion
- Ensure all work is carried out in line with Health & Safety regulations and risk assessments
- Liaise with clients and tenants to manage expectations and maintain service levels
- Support with inspections, audits, and reporting where required
What They're Looking For
- Experience working within Building Services / Facilities Maintenance
- Strong knowledge of PPM schedules and reactive maintenance
- Experience working on mechanical and electrical plant
- Familiarity with:
- AHUs / FCUs
- Pumps
- Water systems / L8
- Ability to work across multiple sites and manage workload effectively
- Relevant experience and technical knowledge within building services
