Small Animal Veterinary Surgeon.

We are currently recruiting for an Experienced Veterinary Surgeon to start April 2026.

Experienced Vet Package Overview

• Independently owned Vet group with two medium-sized practice sites
• Full-time (will consider part-time for the right candidate)

Location: The role is across both of our branches, Sleaford and Collingham Vets.

A fantastic opportunity for an experienced General Practice Small Animal Vet to take their next steps or work towards a funded certificate. Our busy, well-established, independent group with two practices, both of which have full facilities; an in‑house lab, digital X‑Ray, ultrasound, dental X‑Ray, etc.

Shift

For maximum work‑life balance, our patterns are: Early shift is 8/9am‑4/5pm, and a late shift is 11‑7pm. Consultations run morning, mid‑afternoon and early evening, with each vet getting surgery slots every day, and a designated catch‑up slot for calls etc. Time each day for reflection and further learning. Shifts can be moulded to fit the candidate's requirements if possible.

Weekends

Saturday 9am‑5pm. Weekends are 1 in 5/6 with time back in lieu the following week.
