The Opportunity

Unify is proud to be partnering with its sister company, Resolve, to support the growth of an exciting new division.

Recognised as an Investor in People and a winner of the Breakthrough Culture Awards, Resolve is a specialist managed service provider of plant, tool, and equipment hire.

Thanks to the team's hard work and the success they've achieved, we are now launching a brand-new specialist division focused on selling M&E equipment to clients across the water, data centre, and renewable energy industries.

This is a rare opportunity to step into something at ground level and play a pivotal role in shaping its direction, growth, and long-term success. You won't just be joining a team, you'll be helping to build one, with the backing of an established, high-performing business behind you.

Proven experience selling M&E equipment is essential for this role.

What You'll Be Doing

• Prospecting and identifying new business opportunities
• Building and maintaining strong business relationships to create long-term partnerships
• Leveraging existing opportunities and identifying cross-selling potential
• Working closely with the internal buyer/procurement function to build supplier relationships and negotiate contracts
• Ensuring a smooth order process and maintaining accurate information on the CRM
• Conducting market research
