What you will do as a Solutions Consultant (Security & Continuity)
As a Solutions Consultant you will drive rapid growth of Security & Continuity solutions and services for MSPs across EMEA. You will keep leads actively engaged through creative outreach, build and own a strong sales pipeline, and support partners with expert problem solving. You will represent Pax8 as a thought leader by delivering impactful presentations at key industry events.
Day to day responsibilities
- Proactively drive new Security & Continuity opportunities by deeply understanding team goals and vendor strategies
- Support the full sales cycle with expert consultation, solution guidance, and collaboration with Pax8 Pro-Services
- Partner closely with Channel Account Managers and Cloud Development Representatives to accelerate strategic accounts and high value deals
- Confidently represent and articulate the full Security & Continuity solution portfolio offered by Pax8, both Microsoft and non-Microsoft
- Own and optimise the Security & Continuity sales pipeline to ensure consistent growth and momentum
- Actively participate in Pax8 and industry events, showcasing expertise and strengthening partner connections
Ideal candidate
- Proven success in direct sales roles within Security & Continuity, ideally within product focused environments
- Strong understanding of the Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider ecosystem
- Solid knowledge of MSP operations, workflows, and business models
- Demonstrated ability to manage and close complex, high value sales opportunities
- Consistent history of exceeding quota and ranking among top performers
- Proficient in Salesforce with a data driven approach to sales execution
- Exceptionally organised and detail oriented, with the ability to balance multiple priorities and projects
- Fast learner who can absorb complex concepts and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels in English and other relevant market languages
Candidate must be resident in the country and have a valid right to work.
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: £44,000 – £60,000 Base + £16,000 OTE (uncapped)

- Designated Office: Farnborough, Bristol, Derby UK (Primary locations)
- Open to other EMEA Pax8 locations: Riga Latvia, Zwolle Netherlands, Frankfurt or Munich Germany
- Days: Monday to Friday
- Hours: between 9am – 5:30pm local time
- Hybrid: 2-3 days per week in office
