Systematic Options Trader – Leading Market Maker

One of the world’s leading algorithmic trading firms in digital assets is expanding its Options trading capability in London. As a key liquidity provider across major crypto exchanges and trading platforms, they are a highly influential participant in global digital asset markets.

As an Options Trader, you will play a central role in developing and scaling the firm’s options trading strategies. You’ll work closely with a highly technical team to refine existing models while bringing your own ideas to production in a live trading environment.

What You’ll Do

• Optimise and enhance existing options trading strategies
• Design and implement new trading ideas and models
• Collaborate with engineers and researchers to improve execution and performance
• Analyse market behaviour and identify new opportunities in crypto derivatives

Requirements

• 1–10 years’ experience trading Options (market-making or directional)
• Strong academic background (Bachelor’s or above in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field)
• Solid Python skills (ideally 1–3+ years in a trading or quantitative environment)
• Strong analytical mindset with a passion for markets
