Location: Bristol | Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 + Up to 25% Bonus + Profit Share + Benefits

Responsibilities
- Manage complex High Voltage project enquiries from initial review to tender submission, negotiation, and contract award
- Review specifications to identify technical and delivery requirements for projects up to 400kV
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for High Voltage electrical work, supporting Powersystems’ tender strategy
- Attend site visits, pre and post tender, and pre-contract meetings
- Work with the Procurement team to obtain and assess supplier and subcontractor quotations
- Work closely with teams across the business to ensure accurate and practical estimates
- Champion Powersystems’ Priority No.1 Health, Safety, and wellbeing, professionalism and continuous improvement
What We’re Looking For – Estimating
- Strong technical knowledge of 33kV, 132kV, and 400kV electrical infrastructure works
- Proven experience in producing technical estimates and tender submissions in the electrical infrastructure sector up to 400kV
- Degree, HNC, HND, or equivalent qualifications in Electrical Engineering or similar
- Proven ability to interpret requirements, specifications, and technical drawings, converting them into submissions
- Excellent communication skills
- Adept at building strong ongoing working relationships with clients, suppliers and colleagues, demonstrating clear and professional communication at all times
- Full UK Driving License & Right to Work in the UK
