Job Title: Passive Fire Protection Senior Estimator Location: London (Office-based) We are working with a specialist fire protection contractor who are seeking a Senior Estimator to lead pricing and tendering for major passive fire protection projects across London. Develop detailed cost estimates, bills of quantities, and project proposals Collaborate with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams to gather accurate pricing and technical data Ensure all proposals comply with relevant fire safety regulations and industry standards Conduct risk assessments and identify potential commercial opportunities Mentor junior estimators and contribute to the ongoing development of the estimating team
