Hybrid BA / PM – Capital Markets London (3 days a week on site) £We’re seeking a Business Analyst / Project Manager to deliver change initiatives across front-to-back trading processes for a leading financial institution. The role requires close collaboration with trading desks, middle office, risk, and technology teams to drive improvements and implement new solutions.
Capture, refine, and document business requirements with precision. Manage projects through full lifecycle — from analysis and design to delivery and rollout. Act as the link between Front Office, Operations, and Technology, ensuring alignment and timely execution. Build strong relationships with stakeholders, managing expectations across multiple business lines.
Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage and challenge senior Front Office staff.
