Our client, a leading multi-disciplinary property consultancy, is seeking an experienced Senior Rural Chartered Surveyor for their Kettering office. This is an excellent opportunity to advance your career within a supportive team, advising on diverse rural property matters.
In this key role, you will provide expert advice to landowners and tenants on a range of rural property matters. Advise landowners on option and promotion agreements. Conduct valuations of rural and other property assets. Support the sales and lettings of property. Manage compensation claims, grants, and subsidies. Practical knowledge of property, land, and agriculture. Strong commercial awareness and business development skills. Full UK driving licence and own vehicle.
