We are working with a tier-one national firm who are looking for a Senior Solicitor to join their Construction practice within either their Edinburgh or Glasgow office. The successful candidate will join an esteemed contentious construction team, working on a diverse range of construction disputes across Scotland. The candidate’s role will see them acting for a diverse range of international and domestic across litigation, adjudication, arbitration, and other forms of ADR.
The candidate will play a key role in supporting clients in contentious matters such as advising on strategy, dispute resolution, and risk management across high-profile construction, infrastructure, and power projects.
