SENIOR DIGITAL MANAGER SALARY UP TO (£70,000 + GENEROUS CAR ALLOWANCE) We’re working with a large retailer looking for a Senior Digital Analyst to come in and lead the website and app user experience strategy. Responsible for driving the strategy, delivery, and optimisation of website and app user experiences, ensuring alignment with business goals through collaboration with internal teams and external agencies.

Lead UX strategy across web and app, using data, insights, and best practices Set annual KPIs for digital platforms with internal stakeholders Oversee frontend design and development within budget and strategic priorities Manage agile sprints and feature rollouts with IT and agencies Ensure quality post-launch support and adherence to UX/content standards Coordinate with local and central teams, sharing best practices and training Manage agency relationships to deliver on digital goals and KPIs Align digital experience efforts across departments Gather global guest insights to enhance UX Conduct regular content and UX audits Proven experience managing web, app, and SEO strategies (via agency collaboration) Strong grasp of UX design principles and digital content in luxury/fashion/lifestyle sectors Editorial and copy experience aligned with premium brand tone Performance-focused mindset with understanding of ROI, reach, frequency, and consumer behaviour Strategic and innovative thinker with a long-term vision Skilled in turning data into actionable insights; Confident communicator with experience presenting to diverse stakeholders Experienced in managing agencies, writing briefs, and overseeing execution Contentful, Umbraco), Excel, and PowerPoint Familiar with analytics tools (Adobe Analytics, Hotjar) and Agile/Scrum methodologies…
