This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in outbound sales, telesales, or business development who is ready to take the next step in their career.
What You’ll Be Doing: Engaging senior-level professionals across the DACH region to secure their attendance at high-profile industry events Driving outbound sales campaigns to build and grow delegate attendance Building long-term relationships with clients and effectively communicating the value of attending events Collaborating with marketing and production teams to align messaging and event positioning Meeting weekly KPIs and contributing to revenue targets
About You: Fluent in German and English (both written and spoken) Experience in outbound sales – telesales, B2B sales, lead generation, or similar Confident communicator with a professional phone manner Results-driven, self-motivated, and comfortable working to targets Open to occasional travel within Europe (primarily Germany) – valid passport required Ambitious and excited to grow within the events and conferences industry
