Job Title: Passive Fire Protection Senior Estimator

Location: London (Office-based)

Salary: Up to £100,000 + Package DOE

We are working with a specialist fire protection contractor who are seeking a Senior Estimator to lead pricing and tendering for major passive fire protection projects across London. This is a key strategic role offering the chance to shape commercial outcomes, mentor junior team members, and contribute to business growth in a thriving sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review tender documents and prepare bid/no-bid assessments
• Develop detailed cost estimates, bills of quantities, and project proposals
• Collaborate with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams to gather accurate pricing and technical data
• Ensure all proposals comply with relevant fire safety regulations and industry standards
• Conduct risk assessments and identify potential commercial opportunities
• Support business development initiatives and maintain strong client relationships
• Mentor junior estimators and contribute to the ongoing development of the estimating team

Skills & Experience:

• 3+ years of experience in the Fire Protection Industry
• Strong understanding of estimating, tendering, and cost planning
• Qualification in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management
• IFE Level 2 or 3 in Passive Fire (Desirable)
• Confident working with NEC or JCT Contracts
