About Us:

Welcome to 303, the creative performance agency for premium and luxury brands.

We exist at the intersection of brand and performance, combining high-end creative with data-driven execution to drive measurable growth. Our model is built around a simple belief: for premium brands, creative is the performance lever.

We’re proud of the team we’ve built, but more importantly, we’re committed to raising the standard. Every department pushes each other, constantly refining how we think, create, and perform for the brands we work with.

Our Standards:

Role Purpose:

We are looking for a strategically minded Senior Paid Social Executive to support paid social delivery across our clients.

This role is for someone with 1-3 years of paid social experience, ideally from an agency background, who wants to deepen both their platform capability and strategic understanding. You will support day-to-day paid social execution and performance across accounts, predominantly on Meta, while also contributing to creative direction, testing, reporting, and account development.

The successful candidate will report into the Performance Director and work closely with the wider Performance, Creative and Account Management teams, supporting both day-to-day campaign execution and the ongoing development of paid social strategy and account growth.

This is a strong opportunity for someone who wants to grow quickly, take on more ownership over accounts, and develop into a broader account management role within the first 12 months.
