What you NEED
- Proven hands-on experience within Building Management Systems
- Background in service, maintenance, support, commissioning or projects
- Ability to diagnose faults across BMS controls, plant interfaces and HVAC systems
- Experience with one or more major systems such as Trend, Tridium, Siemens, Schneider, Honeywell, Cylon or similar
- Strong client-facing communication skills and professional approach on site
- Full UK driving licence
- Right to work in the UK without sponsorship

Role & Responsibilities
- Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on BMS systems
- Diagnose and rectify controls, communication and plant integration faults
- Support upgrades, modifications and improvement works
- Undertake commissioning or software adjustments depending on experience
- Liaise with clients and site teams professionally
- Complete service reports and technical documentation accurately
- Contribute to continuous improvement and energy efficiency initiatives
