Customer Supply Executive

Windsor – 3 days per week in office

Overview

I’m working with a leading FMCG business looking for a Customer Supply Executive to manage customer orders, logistics coordination and service performance across key accounts.

The role

You’ll sit at the centre of the supply chain, ensuring orders are processed accurately and delivered on time.

• Manage orders end-to-end through SAP
• Work with grocery and cash & carry customers via portals and email
• Liaise with 3PL partners to manage deliveries and resolve issues
• Track service levels, OTIF and order accuracy
• Handle claims, returns and failed deliveries

What they’re looking for

✔ FMCG experience within supply chain or customer operations

✔ Strong SAP experience is essential

✔ Familiarity with customer portals and order management processes

✔ Exposure to grocery or wholesale customers

✔ Confident communicator with strong attention to detail
