Senior Governance Associate - Professional Services (Remote working)

Senior Associate - Remote working* with occasional travel to London for meetings (expenses paid).

Remote working Governance role with a supportive boutique professional services firm.

About the role:

• Board & Committee support & minute taking
• Making and maintaining good relationships with clients
• Managing Diligent Entities including share allotments/transfers/ confirmation statements
• Formation of companies and other entities
• Advising on cosec compliance and governance matters

About you:

• Must be CGI Qualified
• Must have very strong Board & Committee support & minute taking
• At least 3-5 years working in Governance in the UK
• Good working knowledge of the Companies Act 2006
• Good working knowledge of Diligent Entities
• Knowledge of Shares

This role would be suitable for someone looking for great flexibility in a supportive and friendly team with a background in Cosec.
