Dispute Resolution Solicitor

We are working with an elite national law firm who are seeking an Associate Solicitor to join their Commercial Litigation team within their Belfast office.

The Role

The successful candidate will join an esteemed Dispute Resolution department, working on a broad spectrum of commercial disputes, with a focus on financial services & insolvency disputes. The candidate’s duties will include advising clients on varied range of commercial and contractual disputes, as well as corporate crime, regulatory inquiries & investigations, and arbitration.

The candidate will also demonstrate a willingness to participate in business development initiatives while managing client relationships.

Essential Criteria:

• 1-3 PQE;
• Strong background in civil litigation and advocacy in both the County Court and the High Court. Chancery and Commercial Court experience highly advantageous;
• Excellent commercial awareness;
• Outstanding academics;
• Technically excellent;
• Negotiation skills;
• Ability to work independently and as a team.
