In this role, you’ll manage existing clients and develop new relationships across Plymouth, Devon, and the South West, creating personalised financial plans that align with their aspirations—all while ensuring compliance with FCA regulations. What you’ll do:
- Deliver personalised financial plans and clear, actionable recommendations
- Build trusted client relationships and run regular review meetings
- Provide proactive solutions and keep accurate CRM records
- Maintain CPD and meet regulatory requirements
What we’re looking for:
- 3+ years’ experience as a Financial Planner
- Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (CII or CISI) + current SPS
- Confident with CRM and cash-flow modelling tools
- Strong relationship-builder with an outcomes-led approach
