This is a role for someone who wants to own projects, not just report on them.

Not a box-ticking PM role.

Not sitting in the background chasing updates.

This is about being front and centre with clients, driving delivery, and seeing projects through from concept to completion.

The Opportunity

You’ll be joining a well-established, Northampton-based construction consultancy with a strong reputation in the care and later living sector.

They’ve built a consistent pipeline of work with repeat clients, delivering projects that genuinely make a difference high-quality care environments across the UK.

With continued growth, they’re looking to bring in a Project Manager who can take ownership and help drive projects forward.

The Role

You’ll be responsible for managing projects across the full lifecycle, working closely with clients, consultants, and contractors.

Key responsibilities:

• Managing projects from feasibility through to completion
• Acting as the main point of contact for clients
• Coordinating design teams and driving programme delivery
• Managing risk, cost, and quality throughout
• Overseeing procurement and contractor performance
• Ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget

This is a delivery-focused role with real client exposure not just internal reporting.
