Job Purpose:

The Warehouse Operations & Stock Control Lead is responsible for managing the day‑to‑day performance of a third‑party warehouse (3PL) network across the UK and Europe. The role ensures high levels of stock accuracy through timely, precise transaction processing, proactive issue identification, and frequent reconciliation activities.


Managing one Coordinator, the Lead will drive high operational standards, maintain strong partner relationships, and support continuous improvement across all warehouse and inventory processes.

The role will also collaborate closely with the wider Stock Control & Logistics team, as well as Supply Planning and Customer Service, to ensure exceptional end‑to‑end supply chain execution.
