Key Responsibilities


  • Conduct high-volume outbound calls to prospective and existing customers
  • Handle inbound enquiries and convert them into sales opportunities
  • Drive sales through effective communication and relationship building
  • Manage renewals and proactively retain customers, including handling cancellation saves
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within Salesforce/CRM systems
  • Ensure all activity is compliant with GDPR regulations
  • Work to and exceed individual and team sales targets
  • Operate effectively within a busy call centre environment


Key Skills & Experience


  • Proven experience in a telesales or outbound sales environment
  • Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM systems
  • Strong track record in inbound and outbound calling
  • Demonstrated success in retention, renewals, and cancellation handling
  • Experience working with B2B and/or SME customers
  • Knowledge of GDPR and data protection best practices
  • Confident communicator with strong negotiation skills
  • Target-driven with a proactive and resilient approach
