About the Role

As a personal assistant at Mortgage & Life Limited, you’ll play a key part in supporting the principal of the firm with every aspect of the business from helping to maintaining accurate client records, preparing essential documentation and managing diaries to ensure a smooth running of the business and contributing to delivering an exceptional client experience.

The benefits for a Personal Assistant:

• Part time position 3 days per week from 9am to 5pm.
• £13 per hour.
• Fixed term contract for 1 year.
• Office based role.
• Immediate start available.

Your responsibilities as a Personal Assistant will include:

• Handle incoming calls and emails, ensuring timely and professional responses.
• Support the principal with the efficient running of the business.
• Efficient and effective diary management.

What will you need to succeed as a Personal Assistant:

• Previous administration experience in a financial services company preferable.
• Located within 30 minutes of Harrow.
• Good organisation skills and attention to detail.
