Attribution Search is working with a leading global investment manager with a significant presence across both public and private markets. The firm has built a highly regarded structured credit platform and is now looking to hire a VP into its front-office operations team.
This is a hands-on role sitting alongside the investment team, with responsibility for the day-to-day running of CLO vehicles and oversight across the full lifecycle. The position also includes management of a small team and regular interaction with senior internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversight of multiple CLO transactions from closing through to maturity
- Management and development of two team members
- Ensuring compliance with transaction documentation, investment guidelines, and eligibility criteria
- Monitoring coverage tests, concentration limits, and cashflow waterfalls
- Acting as the main point of contact for trustees, administrators, legal counsel, and internal teams
- Reviewing offering documents, amendments, and investor reporting
- Oversight of regulatory reporting and control processes
- Supporting new issuances, resets, refinancing's, and restructurings
Experience Required
- Around 5+ years’ experience in CLO operations, either in asset management, banking, or with a trustee/administrator
- Strong understanding of CLO structures, documentation, and cashflow mechanics
- Experience working with legal documentation and regulatory frameworks
- Prior management experience helpful, but not essential
