We are growing. Privacy and AI compliance has moved from a back office concern to a board level priority, and our clients are asking more of us because of it. Every week brings a new regulation, a new enforcement decision, or a new product launch that needs a privacy lens before it ships.

This role is how we turn that demand into the client relationships that will carry us forward.


The Work


Lex Dinamica is a consulting firm that provides Privacy, AI and Risk solutions. Our advisory, technology and DPO services help clients address regulatory challenges worldwide and deliver compliance driven value.


Our clients range from FTSE 100 companies and global multinationals to government contractors and high growth scale ups, and they come to us for advisory work, DPO support delivered as a service, AI governance, and privacy technology programmes including OneTrust, where we are a certified implementation partner.


The Customer Success Representative role is our front door. You will be the first commercial conversation a future client has with us, and the connective tissue between our marketing, partnerships and consulting teams.


The Role


In this role, you will:


In practice, that means filling the top of our sales pipeline and helping turn that pipeline into qualified meetings.


You will originate leads through outbound prospecting. Building target account lists, researching the people who matter inside them, crafting outreach that gets read, and running the cadences that convert cold contacts into conversations. This is the heart of the role.


You will activate our partnership channels. Lex Dinamica works with technology partners including OneTrust, alongside referral relationships across the privacy ecosystem. You will help turn those partnerships into leads, supporting joint campaigns, tracking referrals, and making sure no warm introduction goes cold.


You will support marketing campaigns end to end. Webinars, thought leadership pushes, IAPP events, sector specific outreach. You will help shape who we target, follow up on engagement, and convert campaign attention into pipeline.


You will qualify inbound leads and book discovery meetings. When a prospect raises a hand through the website, a referral, or a campaign, you will be the first call. You will qualify their fit, understand their need, and pass well briefed meetings to the consulting team.


You will keep our sales tooling clean and useful. Apollo.io, the CRM, sequences, lists, and reporting. Good data is what lets us scale this function, and you will own the quality of it and the process.

Working With Us


You will be based in our London office with hybrid working, spending two days a week in the office and the rest of your week wherever you work best. The pattern flexes around events, partner meetings, and the moments where being together matters most.


For someone one to two years into their career, time in the room makes a real difference. Outbound is a craft, and you learn it faster sitting next to people who already know how to do it. The hybrid pattern gives you that exposure while respecting that focus work and outreach often happen best somewhere quieter.
