️ We’re Hiring – Site Manager (High-End Residential)

London

£200 – £250 per day (DOE)

We’re looking for an experienced Site Manager to join our growing team, delivering high-end and super-prime residential refurbishment projects across London.

This is a great opportunity to work on prestigious properties, managing projects ranging from £100k to £3m+, within a fast-paced, quality-driven environment.

You’ll be responsible for overseeing site operations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards expected in the prime residential sector.

• Managing day-to-day site operations on high-end fit-out projects

• Liaising with Project Managers, clients, and directors

• Identifying and resolving setting out or design issues

• Managing RFIs and variations

• Overseeing labour, subcontractors, and site resources

• Monitoring programme, quality, and site performance

• Reporting regularly on progress and project delivery

• Proactively identifying issues and implementing solutions

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in construction

• Proven experience in high-end / prime residential projects

• Strong knowledge of bespoke joinery, stone, and bathroom fit-outs

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Strong organisational and communication skills

• High attention to detail and commitment to quality

• Competitive day rate (£200–£250)
