Financial Modelling & Data Analytics Manager
Campion Pickworth is partnering with a leading financial advisory firm to recruit a Data Analytics Manager within its banking and capital markets practice.
This role presents a strong opportunity for someone looking to apply deep technical and modelling expertise while working closely with stakeholders across a fast-paced, high-performing team.
Key Requirements:
- Degree in a highly numerate subject such as mathematics, statistics, computer science, finance, or engineering
- Experience delivering analytics or modelling solutions within financial services, either in a consultancy or industry setting
- Good working knowledge of financial products, including areas such as loans, mortgages, and derivatives
- Strong attention to detail, with experience reviewing code, analytical outputs, and supporting documentation
- Hands-on experience working with data, including data validation, cleansing, analysis, and visualisation
- Advanced Excel capability, alongside proficiency in at least one tool or language such as Python, SQL, or Tableau
- Experience supporting, mentoring, or overseeing junior team members, with an interest in contributing to their development
- Naturally analytical, with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset
Desirable:
- Progress towards a relevant professional qualification (e.g. CFA, FRM, ACA)
- Understanding of financial regulation and data governance frameworks, such as BCBS239
