We’re looking for a highly organised, detail-focused Office Administrator to join a small, collaborative team supporting operational activity within a professional sports environment.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structured, process-driven work, takes pride in accuracy, and is confident managing administrative workflows in a supportive team setting.
What you’ll be doing
- Managing and maintaining accreditation systems and records
- Supporting day-to-day administrative processes and documentation
- Writing and coordinating clear, professional communications (email & documents)
- Acting as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders
- Ensuring processes are followed accurately and consistently
- Supporting the wider team with operational and coordination tasks
