Application Support Analyst

Application Support Analyst – Permanent – Hybrid – £40,000 to £50,000 plus benefits

We have an exciting opportunity for an Application Support Analyst to join a growing financial services company. You will be responsible for providing support on their internal applications such as their CRM plus others.

This is a hybrid role based from their office near London Bridge where you will be needed onsite 2 days a week on average.

What you will be doing:

• Provide 1st & 2nd level technical application support to end users
• Manage relationships with key stakeholders as well as with the external MSP
• Monitor service levels and ensure SLA’s are met
• Support with MI reporting & service catalogue management

What they are looking for:

• Proven application support experience with SaaS based applications
• A general understanding of Azure and ideally some SQL knowledge
• Financial Services industry experience would be advantageous
• Excellent team working & stakeholder management skills
