The Role

• Manage and grow your own desk within primary, secondary and provision sector
• Build strong relationships with schools and educators
• Source, place and support high-quality candidates
• Drive revenue across long-term and supply placements

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in education recruitment (minmum 2+ years)
• Strong billing track record
• Ambitious, driven, and relationship-focused
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
