ROLE: Construction Project Manager

HOURS: 37.5 Hours Per Week

LOCATION: Swansea

We're looking for a Construction Project Manager who will lead the full lifecycle of construction and refurbishment projects, delivering high‑quality outcomes for our government clients.


Role Responsibilities:

  • Lead the delivery of construction and refurbishment projects across all RIBA stages, ensuring each phase is executed to the highest professional standards.
  • Oversee strict compliance with CDM Regulations, Building Regulations, and health and safety legislation, proactively identifying and mitigating risks.
  • Manage and coordinate subcontractors and suppliers, establishing clear communication to maintain quality and ensure timely project delivery.
  • Facilitate regular progress meetings and workshops, resolving issues swiftly and driving collaborative working.
  • Oversee project programmes, budgets, documentation, change control and risk registers to ensure alignment with objectives and client expectations.


Required Qualifications:

  • Experience delivering construction or refurbishment projects.
  • Knowledge of NEC contracts and understanding of CDM Regulations.
  • SMSTS, IOSH or NEBOSH (or working towards).
  • Construction‑related qualification desirable.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams, with the ability to achieve SC level security clearance.
