We are a retained executive search and talent advisory firm. We work with ambitious businesses across the UK to find and appoint the senior leaders who will shape their future and the critical teams that will operationally deliver it. Our founding team has led organisations at C-suite level, hired at board level and we all understand what a great appointment means for a business and exactly what a poor one costs.


Our approach is relationship-led, delivery-focused, and built on long-term partnerships rather than transactional recruitment. As demand has grown, we are now looking to hire a Talent Executive to support and help deliver across multiple retained accounts.


This is a delivery-focused, internal Talent Acquisition role, supporting ongoing client partnerships rather than operating as a 360 recruiter. You will work closely with a senior Talent Partner to ensure a high-quality hiring experience for both clients and candidates.

The role is ideal for someone who enjoys being at the heart of the recruitment process — organising, sourcing, improving candidate quality, and keeping processes running smoothly. With training and development, the position offers a clear pathway into a full Recruiter / Talent Partner role over time and any experience as an Internal Recruiter would be a great fit!
