ABOUT US

Franklyn’s Forum is a talent management and creative consultancy representing a curated roster of creators and writers across fashion, beauty, and culture.

ABOUT THE ROLE

This is a hands-on role in a lean, fast-growing business. You will operate with autonomy, manage deals end-to-end, and contribute directly to revenue.

You should already be confident in managing campaigns and progressing deals independently.

WHAT YOU’LL OWN

You will be responsible for the commercial performance and day-to-day management of your assigned creators.

  • Manage a portfolio of creators end-to-end, acting as their primary point of contact and strategic sounding board.
  • Originate, pitch, and close brand partnership deals, driving consistent deal flow across your roster.
  • Lead commercial negotiations (fees, usage, deliverables), escalating only where necessary.
  • Own campaign delivery from brief through to final asset sign-off.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with brands, agencies, and production partners.
  • Manage creator schedules, deadlines, and brand commitments, proactively preventing conflicts or delays.
  • Advise on content direction, ensuring deliverables align with brand briefs and platform best practices.
  • Identify and act on market trends and commercial opportunities relevant to your creators.
  • Represent Franklyn’s Forum professionally across all external communications and interactions.

You will manage your assigned creator’s campaign delivery and production.

  • Oversee campaign execution from brief to final delivery.
  • Coordinate production where required, including shoots, events, and activations
  • Manage external freelancers, suppliers, and partners
  • Ensure all deliverables are on time, on brief, and to a high standard
  • Flag risks, delays, or resource gaps early and proactively

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • Demonstrated experience in delivering talent management, influencer marketing, or similar projects.
  • Proven track record of securing and closing brand partnership deals independently.
  • Demonstrable ability to hit and exceed sales targets in a commercial, deal-driven environment.
  • Experience managing a sales pipeline end-to-end, from outbound prospecting and pitching through to contract close.
  • Strong understanding of deal structures, usage rights, and campaign delivery.
  • Confident negotiator who can lead commercial conversations.
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple creators and campaigns simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills can balance both creative and corporate industries.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, lean environment with evolving priorities.
  • Commercially aware with strong judgment and attention to detail.
  • Experience working directly with creators is preferred.
  • Event and campaign production experience is a plus.
  • Proactive and comfortable taking initiative in a fast-paced environment, driving work forward with minimal structure.
  • Flexible working in remote and office settings.

WHAT YOU’LL GET

  • Commission bonuses
  • The opportunity to be in a growing team with founder contact
  • Reduced Christmas hours
  • Pension scheme
  • Private healthcare
  • Access to exclusive industry events
  • Birthday Day Off
