Role Description

We are seeking an Outbound Call Centre Partner for a contract-based, on-site/of-site role. This role involves managing outbound calls to potential and existing customers, building strong customer relationships, and effectively communicating the benefits of our telecom products and services. Additional responsibilities include maintaining accurate records, achieving sales targets, and collaborating with team members to drive results.

• Strong communication, active listening, and rapport-building skills
• Experience in customer service, sales, or call center operations
• Proficiency in handling customer inquiries and resolving issues effectively
• Ability to meet sales targets and work in a goal-oriented environment
• Organizational skills to manage call documentation and follow-ups
• Self-motivation, resilience, and a positive attitude
• Understanding of business telecom services is a plus
• Previous experience in a similar role or industry is advantageous
