Dermatology (HCA) Weekend Insourcing Opportunities

Availability: Saturdays & Sundays

We are currently seeking experienced Dermatology Healthcare Assistants (HCAs) to support weekend insourcing clinics in Dorset, helping deliver NHS waiting list initiatives across:

• Minor Operations
• Complex Minor Operations

This is an excellent opportunity to join experienced teams delivering high-quality patient care throughout all stages of the perioperative pathway.

Requirements

To be considered, you must:

• Be currently working within an NHS dermatology service
• Have recent, hands‑on experience supporting patients within:
• Minor Ops / Complex Minor Ops
• Have been actively undertaking this work for at least 6 months within the past 12 months

Responsibilities include supporting with:

• Preparing patients for minor surgical procedures
• Setting up equipment, instruments and procedure trolleys
• Clinic and treatment room preparation
• Assisting clinicians to ensure safe and efficient patient care delivery
