We are seeking an experienced Medical Director to provide senior medical leadership across Clinics & Specialist Primary Care, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, value-for-money care across face‑to‑face and remote services. We are the largest primary care provider in the UK.

As a member of the Clinics Leadership Team, the Medical Director will play a critical role in shaping clinical strategy, balancing quality, patient experience, clinician experience, risk management and commercial performance. The role spans primary care, MSK, dermatology, mental health and allied health services and contributes directly to the strategic development and operational performance of the business.

Leadership, governance and influence

The Medical Director will be a visible and influential leader across Bupa Health Services, building strong relationships with clinical, operational and commercial colleagues. You will work closely with Quality, Governance and Risk teams to ensure safe, effective and well‑led services and act as a leading clinical voice within Bupa and the wider clinical community.
