Job Title: Centre Manager
Salary: £40,000-£45,000 per annum

Type: Temp-perm - Full-time
Hours: Monday-Friday, fully office-based

Job Duties
- Taking full ownership of the day‑to‑day operations, performance and standards of the centre.
- Leading, managing and developing the on‑site team, creating a positive and high‑performing culture.
- Acting as the senior point of contact for clients, building trusted, professional relationships.
- Ensuring exceptional service delivery and a first‑class workplace experience at all times.
- Overseeing centre presentation, facilities, contractors and health & safety compliance.
- Managing client onboarding, office set‑ups, moves and changes efficiently and professionally.
Requirements
- Proven management experience within a customer‑focused environment (hospitality, serviced offices, facilities, retail or similar).
- Confident, hands‑on leader who enjoys being visible on the floor and leading by example.
- Strong people management, organisation and problem‑solving skills.
- Professional, polished communicator with a genuine passion for service excellence.
- Able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment with changing priorities.
